4. An action that shows that a customer or client really cares about their friends and associates and wants them to receive the very best in products and services.

5. The highest form of gratitude. (Even better than a sincere "thank you.")

"REFERRAL CERTIFICATE"

The greatest compliment we receive is when our valued patients refer their friends and neighbors to Dr. Sutherland and his office team. To thank you for your thoughtful referral, once your friend begins treatment at our office you may have your choice of a credit of $50.00 towards your account or you may choose to receive a $50.00 Visa Gift Card. Your friend will also receive a $50.00 credit towards their account. Simply print and fill out the "REFERRAL CERTIFICATE" with your name, phone number and your friend's name. Have your friend present the certificate to us and once their treatment begins you will have the option of a credit to your account or a Visa Gift Card. One certificate will be awarded per patient referred.
