Meet Our Team 
Our office is family-oriented with an emphasis on making our patients and parents comfortable and involved in their orthodontic treatment. Our friendly and professional staff includes four orthodontic assistants, a lab technician and records technician, two treatment coordinators, a patient care supervisor, patient accounts manager, scheduling secretary, insurance secretary, and communications secretary. The majority of our assistants have 20 or more years of orthodontic experience, while overall the majority of staff has been with Dr. Sutherland for 12 to 25 years.
Jeanne Moser, Patient Care Supervisor
For over twenty years I was a chair-side assistant for Dr. Sutherland. In March 2004, I was given the opportunity to pioneer a newly-created position called Patient Care Supervisor.
In our office, we pride ourselves on keeping lines of communication open. As Patient Care Supervisor, I meet with patients, parents or guardians after each appointment. This allows me to keep parents informed of their child's progress and make sure that any questions or concerns are resolved. Our goal is to make sure that parents feel completely involved during their child's entire orthodontic experience. If a patient who is a minor comes in alone, I will then make a follow-up call to their home.
