Our office is conveniently located in downtown Puyallup on the corner of 4th Avenue and 2nd Street SW. We are five blocks north of the Puyallup Fairgrounds on the west side of Meridian. Our office faces the Puyallup Public Library and is across from Pioneer Park Pavilion.

Directions from Graham, Eatonville and South Hill

Smiles by Sutherland is located in downtown Puyallup. We are approximately 10 ½ miles north of Graham. You can access us from the South (Graham, Eatonville and South Hill areas) by driving North on Meridian Ave E/WA-161 and at the South Hill Mall take a slight right onto S. Meridian, follow S. Meridian to 7th Ave SW and turn left; take the first right onto 2nd St SW and then take the third left onto 4th Ave SW. We are located on the corner of 2nd St SW and 4th Ave SW.

Directions from Orting

We are about 9 miles northwest of Orting. Drive north on Washington Ave N/WA-162 for approximately 6 miles then turn left onto Pioneer Way E. Continue on Pioneer Way E for a couple miles and stay straight to get onto E Pioneer Ave. Follow E Pioneer Ave to S. Meridian and turn left then take the second right onto 4th Ave SW. Drive one block and we are located on the left hand corner of 2nd St SW and 4th Ave SW.

Directions from Bonney Lake and Sumner

We are approximately 8 miles from Bonney Lake and a short 5 miles from Sumner. Merge onto WA-410 W toward Seattle/Tacoma/WA-167. WA-410 becomes WA-167S. Merge onto WA-512 W/WA-161S toward Puyallup/Olympia and take the Pioneer Ave exit. Turn left onto E Pioneer Ave and then left onto S. Meridian. Follow S. Meridian to 4th Ave SW and turn right. Drive one block and we are located on the left hand corner of 2nd St SW and 4th Ave SW.

Directions from Tacoma

From Tacoma (approx. 10 miles), merge onto I-5 N toward Seattle and take the WA-167N exit, (exit 135) toward Puyallup and turn slight left onto E 28th St/WA-167N (becomes River Road). Turn right onto N. Meridian and another right onto 4th Ave SW. We are located on the corner of 2nd St SW and 4th Ave SW.
